Ashlee has always been an artist in the many aspects of the word.Growing up she enjoyed dance classes, art classes, figure skating and gymnastics. As she got older she loved dancing, choreographing, website design, graphic arts and video editing. She started competing with her school dance team in middle school and continued through high school. Ashlee was one of the first members of the JV Demonettes as a nineth grader at Wachter Middle School. She went on to dance with the Varsity team as a Sophomore competing at Regional, State and National competitions. She was the first ever 4 year Demonette when she graduated in 2010. In her senior year she was named Captain of the BHS dance team as well as Head Jazz choreographer. She was invited to dance in the Macy's Thankgiving Day Parade and chosen as an All American Dancer at UDA Nationals. During her senior year in high school she received a Graphic Design Scholarship for her work in the ACT Poster Design Contest. After graduation she went on to head the Dance Program at Wachter Middle School and continued to for 6 years. She used her artistic talents to choreograph and coach while budgeting the program's financials, using marketing skills for camps, events and social media, planning, scheduling and staying organized. While coaching the Wachter Dance Team she began working for DanceWorX as a receptionist and instructor. She continues to manage and operate the studio for almost 5 years now! Ashlee has always had a passion for dance and hopes to continue help shape the lives of students while watching them grow and become inspired young people.
